Event managers and travelers can post requests that will be bidded by thousands of high ranked and certified service providers. They will compete against each other to offer you the best price and offer in a dynamic and competitive environment, reducing price or giving more options to your project. You then award the best purposal. Gahbee offers a low risk environment for your transactions, service providers are verified by our staff and scored by our users, keeping a high quality group of members. Certifying that those who transact are really commited to work positively.

Is this a travel or event site?

Not exactly. Gahbee has travel and event options also, but it's much more than that. Gahbee's RFP tool help you to find the best provider in a dynamic and competitive business environment. Providers wil fight among each other to offer you the best offer for the best price. Gahbee's risk management system provides the best support to keep the environment safe from frauds and bad suppliers.

How "good" are the providers?

With tens of thousands of professionals, Gahbee's provider community offers a range of skills and capabilities. Gahbee gives users tools including provider information checking, feedback scores, portfolios, private and public message boards and more to evaluate and differentiate among users. In addition, service providers are verified by our staff to certify their information entered. Gahbee also provide the best support to keep the environment safe from fraud and bad suppliers. These help hundreds of buyers and providers form long-lasting work relationships.

Do I need to post a job to use Gahbee?

To contract a provider, you must first post a request. Requests can be posted privately if you do not wish to make your posting available to the entire Gahbee network. You can also sign up with Gahbee to join the referral program tools without posting a job.

How do I contact providers?

Two ways. After you post a request, you can either invite providers to interview using a private message board, or you can wait for providers to apply to your job. You can make your answers to a provider available to others using a public message board, where everybody will see them and participate.

How do I select a candidate?

We suggest interviewing several providers and only contract a provider with whom you feel comfortable. Once you contract a provider, we always recommend setting frequent milestones and constantly measuring performance.

How do I write a good request?

We recommend that you take some time to plan out exactly what you need done. The more specific you are, the more likely you are to find a provider who will meet your needs. You may browse previous request listings to get a sense of what buyers have posted before.

What kind of work is done here?

We're often surprised by the ever-increasing variety of work completed on Gahbee. There are requests for conventions, exhibitions, sports travel, family group travel, weddings and more.

The average feedback score for providers is over a 4.5 out of 5.0 and in customer satisfaction surveys, over 80% of all buyers would refer Gahbee to their friends or colleagues. How do I communicate with my provider?

There are some really cool Gahbee tools to help you out. The private message board feature is very convenient for communicating requirements or sharing changes, Gahbee Share is great for sharing files between parties as they do everywhere else. After you award the provider, you can see his email. Gahbee is preparing for a near future chat and free phone calls to improve communications.

Does Gahbee guarantee the quality of work?

There is no way that we can *guarantee* the quality of work. We do everything that we can to ensure successful results, low ranked providers or providers that doesn't conduct good businesses practices are casted out.

It is free for both buyers and providers to begin. Gahbee also has paid membership subscriptions which increase the transaction experience for both buyers and providers

What you see is what you pay to the provider you awarded.

How do I pay Gahbee?

Most buyers pay Gahbee via credit card, but if that doesn't work for you, please contact support. We can accept payments via ACH, check, or wire.

How do I get billed by the provider on Gahbee?

Billing is easy on Gahbee. The provider will send an invoice which will shows up on your Control Panel, then you promptly pay him choosing you payment way. Gahbee will handle the rest of the job.

Do I have to pay upfront or pay when the assignment is done?

That will depend in how you negotiate with your provider. He will send you an invoice by Gahbee following your instructions.

What if there is a dispute?

It's rare, but sometimes there are disagreements between buyers and providers and there is a dispute over the number of hours worked. We encourage buyers and providers to work out the problem, but Gahbee will step in and moderate if there is a need. Gahbee will not evaluate the quality of work, but will focus on a careful review of all payments made to ensure the provider was working on your job and following all policies and best practices.

How do I get a job?

A couple of things we recommend: First, post a profile and fill in your past work history. Get verified. Start applying for requests!

How can I improve my profile?

Take as many verifications as possible, upload work samples, pictures of places, etc to your portfolio, and spend time editing and refining the text in your profile.

How do I know which buyers are good?

Check out the feedback other providers have left for the buyers and take a look at the number of paid jobs they've completed on Gahbee. We also encourage providers to ensure that there is a good fit during the interview process.

Working:

How does feedback work?

At the end of any assignment, buyers and providers are able to leave feedback on each other by rating performance in 6 different categories and leaving appropriate comments. Feedback is publicly visible by default, but the comments may be made private by the users.

How do I communicate with my buyer?

It will depend on the job, but we suggest using email and chat as frequently as possible to stay in communication. Every provider receives an @Gahbee.com email address that forwards to your personal address and contact info is exchanged through the Gahbee system.

That's all up to you. Earning a good reputation and high feedback scores in the network can help you achieve dramatic earnings growth.

What about taxes?

As a buyer, you do not need to pay any additional taxes if you're purchasing services through Gahbee. Providers are responsible for reporting their earnings to the appropriate tax agencies in their countries.
