What are the fees for using Gahbee?

When Buyers make a payment to their Providers, Gahbee deducts between 3.55% and 5.0% from the payment to cover its Service Fee and Payment Processing costs and transfers the remaining amount to the Service Provider.

The Service Fee is the revenue Elance earns for providing its service while the Payment Processing Fee is collected to cover expenses incurred with third-party payment processors such as credit card companies and banks.

How much is the Gahbee Service Fee?

The Elance Service Fee is 0.5% - 2.5% of the amounts paid to Provider(s) the Client has indentified on Gahbee. The service fee amount depends on the Provider’s billing volume:

0.5% if the Provider’s billings exceed USD 10,000,000.00
1% if the Provider’s billings are between USD 1,000,000.00 and USD 10,000,000.00
1,5% if the Provider’s billings are between USD 100,000.00 and USD 1,000,000.00
2.0% if the Provider’s billings are between USD 10,000.00 and USD 100,000.00
2.5% if the Provider’s billings are between USD 1000.00 and USD 10,000.00

How much is the Payment Processing Fee?

The Gahbee Payment Processing Fee is 2.75% and covers expenses incurred with third-party payment processors such as credit card companies and banks.

When are the Gahbee Service Fees and Payment Processing Fees collected?

When Clients make a payment to their Providers through our system we deduct the Service Fee and the Payment Processing Fee and transfer the rest to the Provider.

What if I need a Fee Adjustment?

Occasionally you may need to contact us to request a Fee Adjustment. You can do so by submitting a request.

NOTE: It may take up to 7 business days for Gahbee to complete the evaluation and processing of your Fee Adjustment Request.

Does a Service Provider incur additional costs to withdraw money from their Gahbee account?

It depends on the withdrawal method used. The table below shows the fees associated with each withdrawal method currently available to Service Providers on Elance:
